Problem Resolution a Must-Have<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Cafe Racer places a huge amount of trust in its delivery partners to deliver on its customer promises. Whilst it received a reasonable delivery service from its previous carrier, the company has ambitious growth plans, including branching out into new lines and extending its reach, and it was clear that with its ambitious investment, \u2018reasonable\u2019 was just not good enough. They also struggled to get any resolution when anything went wrong. As a small business, The Cafe Racer needed a delivery partner that could support its ambitions, and so they came to ILG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
