So, if you want to develop an exciting career, learn from a friendly team and realise your full potential in a fast-growing company, this is the role for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"your-role\">The role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To drive ILG\u2019s strategy of rapid growth in the UK and globally, we have put in place an ambitious marketing plan and are expanding our marketing team by recruiting a Marketing Campaigns Manager. The new role will be a key member of the ILG marketing department and report to the Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Marketing Campaigns Manager will support the marketing team with ILG\u2019s marketing activities, with a primary focus: to plan, coordinate and manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to our target audiences in the UK, EU and USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The key responsibilities of the role are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the Marketing Team to implement the marketing strategy in line with ILG\u2019s vision and strategy and ensure that campaigns conform to ILG brand guidelines and reflect our company values<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create integrated marketing campaigns based on target market segments to build brand awareness and gain new customers &nbsp;as well as owning the planning and scheduling of campaign activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, using HubSpot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with our digital marketing agency to ensure relevant paid campaigns are delivering ROI and synchronising with other marketing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the adaptation of campaign-related content that is solution-focused for specific audiences e.g. industry sectors, job titles, regions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance and results via HubSpot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage campaign budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate with ILG Sales team to ensure seamless co-operation between sales and marketing across new class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"about-you\"><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 relevant work experience in marketing (agency or client side)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of running multichannel lead generation campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of using HubSpot for marketing and sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An understanding of B2B marketing and of the \u2018Account Based Marketing\u2019 approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organised project manager (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously) with excellent time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good at financial management and implementing tight budgetary control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to write well and demonstrate strong literacy skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A confident communicator and team player, able to quickly develop working relationships with a wide range of people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of the lead generation and sales process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of liaising with external providers e.g. creative and digital marketing agencies, copy writers,
